Named in honor of the revered regional Mahua tree, Mahua Kothi is a luxury resort nestled in the heart of the wilderness. As a distinguished jungle safari resort within Bandhavgarh National Park, it features 12 standalone luxury cottages, each meticulously embedded within a privately-owned 45-acre forest situated on the park's fringes.

Visitors can enjoy vistas of sprawling grasslands from the comfort of their cottages, which regularly serve as a playground for playful monkeys and a plethora of vividly-hued birds. The dwellings, or 'Kutiyas,' exemplify the region's traditional architectural style, harmoniously blending into the natural surroundings.
