The Bagh Sarai Resort, nestled in the Village Parasi, is a sprawling haven spread over 20 acres of dense Sal forest and jungle expanse. The resort has been consciously designed to offer a genuine natural experience, employing materials sourced mainly from local villages. The resort’s eco-friendly policies involve avoiding tree cutting for wood, instead opting to purchase wood from government auctions and utilizing fallen or dead trees. This approach ensures a maintained harmony with the local wildlife and environment. The resort's handcrafted materials, especially evident in the light shades in the restaurant and lobby as well as in the bungalows, further accentuate its natural appeal. From the moment you step into Bagh Sarai, you become part of our resort family, contributing towards wildlife protection and human well-being. Accommodation:

Bagh Sarai Resort offers seven luxurious cottages and three extravagant tents. The private cottages, known as "Jhopri", provide spacious living areas complete with king-sized beds, private baths, showers, and separate toilets. The bungalows, designed to blend in seamlessly with nature, emulate the traditional tribal village houses known as “Johpri”. Unique in the world, the bungalows' roofs are built using a combination of traditional and contemporary methods, consisting of four layers: a thatch layer, a bamboo raft and wood blocks layer, a canvas layer, and finally, a fine cotton liner.

Dining:

The resort's multi-cuisine restaurant, Sal Ghar, offers an array of delicious dishes, including Italian pastas, pizzas, salads, and Chinese Manchurian-noodles. Guests at Bagh Sarai are also invited to join cooking classes where they can learn how to make famous Indian delicacies like chappatis and Dal.
